What Are Dermal Fillers?

Dermal fillers are made from a gel substance, a type of sugar that naturally occurs in our skin to help repair damaged tissue. Its normal liquid state is transformed into a gel injection to help plump out troublesome lines and bind with collagen, allowing nutrients to flow easily to the skin.

How Do Dermal Fillers Work?

The filler work by helping to add volume to the skin, smoothing lines and plumping areas that have lost shape or definition. Dermal Fillers can help restore the volume of your skin and help smooth our signs of ageing such as fine lines and wrinkles on your forehead, cheeks and lips.

Will Dermal Fillers Be Right For Me?

At the time of the consultation our practitioner will assess whether fillers are right for you. It is important that you disclose current medication at every appointment. All treatments are tailored to the individual and personal experiences and results may vary. However, you should not have fillers if you have severe allergies, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking course of an antibiotics or flying overseas in 2 weeks time following your treatment.
